Energy bites are one of my favorite snacks. I love them so much because they are like mini breakfast in a bite! They’re loaded with protein and feel like you’re eating a real treat. I’ve always been fascinated by these little healthy snacks because they’re delicious without having to count calories or worry about gaining weight. If you’re like me, they are a great way to get more energy and still feel good about your choices.
They’re also super easy to make. If you’re the kind of person that’s always trying to make delicious treats, but sometimes just doesn’t know where to start, this is the perfect recipe. I’ve made these energy bites with spinach, cashews, and pecans, but they are also a great snack if you’re making them with a different combination of nuts and seeds.
I’ve also made them in a variety of flavors. If you like pumpkin, you’re going to love this recipe. It’s easy and a great snack.
